What We Do:

Our Davis Junior High WEB Program utilizes our 9th grade students as leaders in our building. Our WEB leaders work all year as motivators, role models and teachers to our 7th grade students.

Orientation Day:

WEB kicks off the school year with a fun filled and educational orientation day that welcomes our new seventh grade students to our school. 7th graders are personally invited by their WEB leaders who will spend the day with them and mentor them throughout the year.

Seventh-Grade Social

All seventh-grade students are invited to the welcome back social intended only for seventh-grade students and their WEB leaders. This is a great time for students to mingle with old friends and meet new friends! WEB leaders attend to help organize the event and make all students feel welcome.

Academic/Social Follow-Ups

Throughout the year, WEB leaders will meet with seventh-graders for a variety of reasons. At times they will meet to encourage students to focus on academics and study skills while other times their meetings will involve team-building and social skills.  Both are equally important in order to be successful in a school environment.
